Summary
Alex Lassiter is a promising tight end drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the first round. He has worked incredibly hard for this opportunity and upon arriving in Cincinnati, he is informed that none other than the star quarterback, Joe Burrow, will be tasked with getting him acclimated to life in the NFL. Alex is bisexual and had some experiences in college, but Joe has only recently realized that he may not be as straight as he thought he was. But that cannot matter. This is the most important season in recent Bengals history. Their Super Bowl window is open. Can they maintain their focus on the game? The answer is no. What begins as mentor relationship devolves into the situationship of the century full of jealousy, secrecy, fame, and the weight of the expectations of the NFL and the world.
