Keith grimaced. “They’re all busy. I mean Hunk is somewhere with his catering stuff, I got a card from Shiro and Curtis and they’re traveling, and the Holts don’t even celebrate Christmas.”
Krolia noticed the name he had left out, anyone would have simply let it be, but Krolia was not just anyone. She was not there for Keith’s childhood, but since they had reunited she had become a certified Keith-wrangler. “And Lance?”
--------
Keith visits Lance for Christmas a year after the events of the finale. They finally say things that were left unsaid.

Megumi’s stomach turned. The other boy would never know how true those words were. It was cheesy as all hell, but Yuuji was a brightness he had never felt before. The warmth he exuded was only rivaled by the sun, and looking straight at him stung Megumi’s eyes.
A silly Christmas ice skating fic, written for an exchange
