The only issue is that no one else seems to believe they're JUST friends. So what if they cuddle all the time? So what if they hold hands? So WHAT if they gaze into one another's eyes, lost in the color, their smiles warm and soft and charmed, as if no one else is around? That's what FRIENDS do. Platonic friends. Platonically.

Buck smiled down at his friend again. This time, he couldn’t help it. He placed his hand on Eddie’s head and tangled his fingers through his hair.
“Mmm,” he hummed, “that’s nice”
They stayed like that for 20 minutes, but Buck noticed the time and realised he needed to be going to get Chris. He budged slightly, trying to get up without disturbing Eddie too much, but it was rather difficult with how entangled they had become.
“Buck?”
“Yeah, Eds, I’m here, I just need to go and get Chris.”
“You really love him, don’t you?”
“Of course I do, Eddie.”
“Buck?”
“Yes?”
“I wish you were a girl”
Buck stopped trying to move. He wasn’t even sure he could if he tried. What did that even mean? Surely it’s not what he thought it meant. No, it can’t be. It’s just drunken shit. But what else could it mean?
Eddie shifted enough for Buck to get up. It took him a moment, but he needed to leave. One, to go and get Chris, and two, so that he could breathe again.
This house suddenly felt as though it was closing in on him. This was too much.

They’re standing in Buck’s kitchen now. Buck leans against the counter, arms crossed, and Eddie props himself against the fridge. There’s maybe two feet between them, less, if either of them breathes too deep. The silence is comfortable, weighted but not heavy.
“You know,” Eddie says after a beat, “I’ve slept under worse conditions in the army.”
“Yes, Eddie,” Buck nods, rolling his eyes. “I know my apartment is better than a warzone.” He says it dryly, but there’s fondness behind it. “But we’re not in a warzone,” he adds. “And we’re not kids. "...Buck?" Eddie's words come out as a whisper, a raspy whisper that gets no reaction; Buck stays curled around his body. Eddie's opening his eyes, but he only sees Buck's body on top of him, his head buried deeply into Eddie's neck. He lifts his right arm to wrap it around Buck's waist. He's sweltering, but not sweating, and his body is shivering. His left hand travels up to Buck's hair, carefully caressing the curls and shushing the low, discomforting noises that the omega makes.
Then, Eddie can smell the scent of vanilla and jasmine overtaking the room, filling up all the crevices of the air pockets, leaving Eddie unable to breathe. He can finally capture the undertones of the scent, the missing part of the puzzle he struggled to make sense of; he smells borderline fertile. It's easy to put it all together after, how Buck's skin is insanely hot, how grumpy he's been, the possessiveness, the cooking hyperfixations, and his need to please Eddie. Eddie's voice shakes lightly as he asks, "Buck... are you in heat?"
Buck doesn't reply; he doesn't even move.

And the third, was that he had blue eyes and blond hair. Jason was fairly certain that he didn’t have sea-green eyes or jet-black hair.
Juno does more than swap the leaders of the Roman and Greek camps. She ends up swapping their bodies too, albeit, unintentionally. This leads to difficult situations that, combined with their fractured memories and loneliness, forces the two leaders closer together.
