Summary
Trinity gives herself a second on the final landing, fingers gripping the railing hard enough that the metal leaves a faint red impression in her palm when she pulls away. She takes a steadying breath in through her nose, out through her mouth. Then, she scrapes together her usual mask as she makes her way over to Yolanda's front door, pushes her shoulders back, and knocks.
Yolanda opens the door with a grin that hits Trinity hard in the soft, vulnerable center of her chest. "Hi, baby," she greets, warm and bright and so fucking happy to see her that Trinity feels it like sunlight on her face after a twelve-hour shift, even though it’s well past dusk.

Summary
She knows the kind of injury that sits where Trinity is guarding, where her hand drifts, just briefly, to her thigh. She knows where she’s seen it recently— who she treated.
Garcia thinks of all the other observations she’s collected in the short time she’s known Trinity Santos. The way she always positions herself with a line of sight to the exits. How she notices everything, every little detail and nuance. When she steps into situations to de-escalate like she’s already done it a dozen times before.
She catches Santos’ gaze and lifts her chin. “Hey,” Garcia says, already moving. “Walk with me.”

Summary
Trinity jogs to the closest ambulance where two paramedics are already jumping out of the rig with their gear bags to treat the injured that have slowly made their way here from the crash site.
“Uh, hi… Spiderman,” one of them says, awkward and clearly confused.
“Spider-Woman but still workshopping the name,” she tells him. She scoots past him, hopping into the back of the ambulance to grab a handful of hemostatic bandages from the rig. She also reaches for the backboard. “Borrowing these!” she says, sprinting back towards the worst of it, even as she hears, 'Did Spider-Woman just steal supplies? And our backboard?'
OR: A pileup on the Crosstown requires the skills of both Dr. Trinity Santos and Spider-Woman.

Summary
Santos holds up her hands and shakes her head and takes another step back. “I haven’t spoken to your wife,” she emphasizes. “All I know is you hurt your head. Just—please try to calm down, sir, we’re going as fast as we—”
“That’s bullshit,” he snaps. “I didn’t do anything. She’s lying.”
He’s getting way too close and the adrenaline has Santos stammering around words she hasn’t come up with yet—
