Summary
Dan Heng's heart feels like a traitor. Does he know that Blade is the only one who has made it flip so much he feels dizzy? He is the only that makes it beat so loud in his own ears that he can't focus on anything else. Does his heart tug naturally to Blade, even when the rest of his memories are still, just that—memories? The connection and feeling between them is real, even if it's based on the ghost of the past.
Neither of them have time for all of this to come to the surface, but Dan Heng can't bring himself to believe it's a mistake to acknowledge, even after all this time.
Still, he can't help but poke. Nothing is ever so easy between them.

He succeeds, but only because Anaxa is restless—he's pretty sure the entire student population has tried bothering him during office hours today. "Maybe there's still some more you can teach me," Phainon teases, moving his mouth from his lips, just so he can laugh against his skin. Anaxa hates that he loves that sound more than anything, that hearing Phainon's happiness and satisfaction is enough to make his cunt pulse—a millenia of life has made him soft, instead of the Titan he anticipated all those years ago.

Summary
Blade's hands dance along his spine, and Dan Heng has to fight the urge to shiver. They've been sharing a bed since Planarcadia, even before Blade boarded the Express, and Dan Heng still isn't used to him. He doesn't know if he ever will be.
Still, Dan Heng keeps his cool facade, moving his hands to rest on Blade's thighs before leaning in to whisper in his ear. "If I do this, you have to hold me, you have to be patient, or I won't do anything with you at all."
Blade's smirk grows wider, Dan Heng doesn't know why, Blade has never been a patient person especially regarding Dan Heng. "I can certainly do that," Blade replies in a low voice that tells Dan Heng he very much can't do that.
/Or: After Planarcadia, Dan Heng stays with Blade on the Astral Express, and they enjoy the time alone together.

"…Good," Blade finally says. He squeezes Dan Heng's hand—not harshly, not to hurt, just to hold him tightly, to etch the feeling into his fleeting memory. "I'm not going to chase you down when the moment arrives, whenever that may be."
Blade's gaze does not leave Dan Heng's eyes, watching for the dragon's tells, those little reactions he's come to know across their encounters.
Dan Heng steps even closer, narrowing his eyes as he tilts his head up to keep his gaze locked with Blade's. "I think if you had to chase me, you would."

Sunday knows there are many answers to that question, based on their previous activities; he understands that Sugilite can still surprise him, even after all their time together. The possibilities are endless—all he knows is that he'll be at Sugilite's whims all the while.
Right now, Sunday can't think of anywhere else he would rather be.
"Once I've played enough…" Sunday smiles, face heating up again as he looks away. "I imagine you would want to… play, as well?"

Still he looks at the seemingly simple dress and pictures it on Aventurine and swallows. The purple of the flowers seems intentional the longer he looks at them.

Aventurine’s eyes flicker towards Ratio, the too sweet smile on his face transforming into one of his signature smirks. “I can do better than just that, Veritas.”

The Divergent Universe is a large endeavor, one that he plans to take seriously. He has his qualms with the current version of the Simulated Universe, he doesn’t find any benefit for any Pathstrider that attempts it. This is expected, the Genius Society doesn’t often think about their test subjects after all.
He owes it to the Trailblazer, for multiple reasons, but he has to admit a primary one is that Aventurine seems to have grown fond of her, and Aventurine doesn’t have very many friends as it is.
(It’s not the first time Ratio wonders if any of their colleagues or mutual acquaintances know of Ratio and Aventurine’s true relationship. Though, what is there to know, when even Ratio doesn’t understand the nature of their cohabitation?)
So, here he is, at Aventurine’s suggestion–using him to brainstorm.

Well, Aventurine wasn't trying to fool him. “I admit, I pulled some strings.” He doesn't let Ratio speak again, instead he asks quite frankly. “Did you know you would be working with me?”
“That is precisely why I protested.”
