Summary
This is a short story I wrote at the height of the pandemic after someone asked if I would leave Earth to start over on another planet if I was given the chance. I told them no.
This is fiction, but I did attempt to keep it rooted in current realities.
I know things are going to get much worse before they get better, but I do maintain some hope.
