Everyone and their grandparents knows that MJ and Peter are getting back together at some point, and I really hope they do! Cause I love that Ship! Unfortunately I've also fallen into the trap of finding out some really cute artwork of Jean and Peter and... Well... Yeah My Imagination Went Wild!
Also Yes this feels incomplete because... I didn't know how to finish this! If someone wants to give me an idea I can try writing it! Cause I plan on having Jean go the X-Mansion at some point... But I currently don't have a very concrete Idea yet! Don't wanna post it when it's not good!

Summary
New York did not hold good memories for her. She wasn't sure why she had come back. Maybe because if she had him, then he should have her too right? Just to check on him. Just to see if Peter Parker was as okay as Spiderman was pretending to be. Then she could leave. Disappear from a city that would curse her name if they knew it. Let him live in peace.
Her plan manages to fall apart with the utterance of a single word.
"Please".

As far as everyone is concerned, that's all there is to it. Alas, Peter Parker is blissfully unaware that he has somehow gained thousands of colleagues. Summary
“He lost everything—”
“She had nothing—”“—And even then, he promised me himself.”
“—And at that moment, all I could offer her was myself."“I don’t deserve him.”
“She deserves more than me.”“He’s everyone's favorite hero—”
“I’m literally just a guy wearing spandex—”“And I’m just a mutant girl."
“And she’s the Phoenix.”“I want to give him the world.”
“She deserves the world and then more.”***
Peter has a low opinion of himself (shocking) and thinks he doesn't deserve to be jealous. I mean... Jean Gray is powerful and pretty, so it's only natural that everyone is crushing on her.
And Jean... Poor Jean...
Jean Grey is putting her life on the line fighting off everyone trying to grab her spider.
***
This is about a boy and a girl. They're going to be okay. They’ll live a beautiful life together. They’ll get to know beautiful people. They’ll create many beautiful things, do beautiful things, and be surrounded by love.
They’ll love…It just takes a lot of mistakes and heartache to get there.
(They’ll get there. I promise.)
