Summary
Part 1: Torn: Donnie is left fighting for his life in the aftermath of the Shredder, with no anesthetic, Leo is forced to figure out what to do in order to save his life, and his shredded softshell. Leo quickly realizes that he may have to stitch Donnie's sensitive soft shell with no anesthetic whatsoever, which mean Donnie's going to feel absolutely everything.
Part 2: Burning Aftermath: It's been 12 hours since Donnie's shell had been stitched together, though Leo doesn't like the haphazard job he did on the softshell, in Donnie's unconscious state and with the pain medication flowing through Donnie's veins, he takes the chance to resew his wounds shut. However, Donnie has gotten an infection and is delirious with a high fever, reaching in a whole new level of not good, Leo is forced to figure out what to do in the aftermath.
Part 3: Fever Dream: It's been 1 week since Leo had to restitch Donnie's shell, but now Donnie is fighting a dangerously high fever, with bouts of fever dreams and delirium as his fever grows higher and higher by the minute, Leo, acting as medic, no missions for the time being until Donnie's fever fully goes away, leaving the three brothers to take care of Donnie.
