Ocelot could’ve called a taxi, could’ve stayed the night here and regrouped in the morning– the mission was ruined now anyway, so it didn’t matter if it took him a little bit to get back to his apartment. But he knew a guy who lived close by (ish) who had a truck. And maybe that person happened to be the same one he’d been pining after for almost a year, who he hadn’t seen since April and had sworn up and down that he was really, truly, over with this time, but that was just kismet.

Summary
Working in a flower shop isn’t nearly as relaxing and glamorous as it’s made out to be. People often assume that it’s quiet and clean and that days are spent putting together delicate bouquets for yearning customers. Sometimes, that can be true, but more often than not it involves heavy lifting, cleaning out stagnant buckets, and arguing over whether or not the customer over-watered their cactus (they did). Rather than going home at the end of the day smelling of stargazer lilies and feeling relaxed, you’re left with calloused fingers and a crippling state of exhaustion.
At least… that was Roxas’s impression of the job, but he was admittedly quite cynical at the best of times.

For the past two years he's been crushing on the man who doesn't seem to acknowledge his existence until one day, something breaks and they end up sleeping together. Hux isn't the man for long term relationships and Ren is kind of head over heels for him. It can't possibly get any worse, can it?
