Summary
Three and half years after Mickey went to prison, after he had his heart ripped from his chest and stomped on, he's a free man and has no plans of ever seeing that stupid redhead again. But south side Chicago is smaller then it seems and he doesn't really get a choice in the matter.
Ian's made a lot of mistakes, but pushing away the only boy he's ever really loved makes the top of that list. When Mickey is released from prison early he thinks maybe this will his second chance, but is he just too late? With a box full of unsent letters and his heart in his hand all he can do is hope.
