The universe wasn't on Lip's side, it never was. Because some higher power out there controlling his life decided to transfer him into some different school—which was so Northside it was nauseating—all because according to many counselors and principals, his current one wasn't "good enough" for him and his GPA. Th thing was he didn't care if it was good enough, and quite frankly, he didn't need nor want it to be.
But God forbid he was comfortable somewhere, so now he's at Mill Grove, and really, it wasn't that bad. Patrick and Sam took him in which seemed like a normal and regular thing for them to do and then his following weeks there were fine. Until Charlie came along and made every single one of Lip's feelings complicated and hard to understand. It wasn't bad but... It was confusing. For Lip at least.
