Summary
As Clark approached his target, he tried to think of something clever to say. Something suave. But when he’d finally shouldered through the throng and made his way across the courtyard, all he could think to say was, “Fancy seeing you here.”
Granted, it wasn’t his best opening line, but it got Jason Todd to slowly lift his eyes from his phone. To turn to Clark, blink, and groan, “Oh god. You again.”
Clark gave a little wave, grinning his best grin. “Me again. Hi.”
Feeling aimless after the end of his brief stint as Superman, Superboy-Prime decides to go to college. Fortunately for him, so does Jason.

Summary
When Natasha gets bored, she goes to Gotham and sees how long she can last before Batman finds her and kicks her out. It's simple. It's fun. It's harmless.
At least, it was simple until she practically trips over the teenage assassin whipping Gotham's underworld into shape. Then she's spending far too long figuring out which new child-assassin-making organization she has to murder messily.
"And all of a sudden, she understands what Clint saw when he’d flipped her. It’s an undefinable thing in all the languages she knows: something between terror and anger, salt-the-earth kind of vengeance, but it’d be okay if some of the blood poisoning the soil if their own. A boiling resentment, resigned, desperate, full of terror, furious, and--
--and a crushing, insidious, hateful piece of hope.
Natasha smiles to herself. Coulson flipped Clint. Clint flipped her. Time to continue the legacy."

Summary
The only thing that has brought on the slightest relief since Bruce first did this to Jason was the Joker’s toxin. It washed every last dredge of fear away and left only amusement in its place. For the first time in a long time, Jason could breathe. But there are a million reasons why Jason would have to be a complete idiot to utilize that method again.
Even that mild dose the Joker gave him was more than enough to have Jason feeling invincible. No fear, no hang-ups. He felt immortal—and even if he did end up bleeding, the pain was too fucking funny to worry about. He’d never felt so free in his life.
Jason nearly asked the clown for an extra dose for the road, but he knows better than anyone what a slippery slope that can be. He saw it on the streets, in both his parents, in Roy’s eyes every time he finds himself craving a drink. Jason could never allow himself to take such a dumb risk.
So, Jason endures.

Summary
Jason Todd knows hate. He’s built his life around it. He knows the taste of it when it comes to the Joker and the way it used to rot and fester around Bruce Wayne.
But this… this is different. Because hate isn’t supposed to feel like attention. It isn’t supposed to feel like being seen. And it definitely isn’t supposed to feel like something he wants.
When Jason is forced into an uneasy alliance with Superboy Prime, everything he thought he understood about control, anger, and distance begins to unravel. Prime is infuriating, impossible, and unshakably present in a way Jason can’t find his way out of. Worse still, he never seems afraid of the line Jason keeps drawing between them.
Jason calls it hate. He repeats it until it should make sense. But the truth is far more complicated than that.
And Clark Kent is surprisingly very patient about complicated things.
