Sirius barked out a laugh. "What's stopping you, hmm?"
He meant it as a joke. He even struck a pose. He didn't think that Remus would cock his head to the side, give it a little think, and then put his (large) hands on both sides of Sirius' face and pull him in.

Despite already having had their first kiss, Sirius realizes he needs to tell Remus how he feels now that James and Peter have decided to move out of the first (and apparently last) Marauders Apartment. He decides that a farewell party for their apartment, stuffed with all their friends, is the perfect place.

Remus sighs and rubs his temple.
“Sounds like I don’t have much of an option, do I?”
“Come on, Moony. How bad could it be?” Remus gives him a withering look and Sirius grins. After a moment of stand-off between the two, Remus eventually relents, rolling his eyes and looking away.
“I’m not giving you an answer to that question.”
“Why not?”
“Because then it’ll give you ideas.” Sirius laughs and James joins in.
“I won’t let him kill your son, Moons. Don’t worry,” James promises.
“You better not, Prongs. I’m sure Lily would help me get you if you did.” James gasps, but this only makes Sirius laugh harder.***
When Remus gets offered a book tour in the US for his new novel, Sirius offers to babysit his twelve year old son Teddy for a week so he can go. For years, Sirius has said he hasn't wanted kids so he wouldn’t have any chance at messing them up like his parents did to him and Regulus. However, after a few days of looking after a twelve year old that he’s sure can endear himself to anyone, Sirius is suddenly not so sure about his original position anymore.

His eyes widen and he watches James bring three of his fingers—fingers that are still glistening, still coated with Regulus—up to press down on Lily’s plush bottom lip. She accepts them, and she moans as she seals her lips around the digits and hollows her cheeks slightly, sucking.
Regulus would say that it’s the hottest thing he’s ever seen if it wasn’t for the way that only a split second later, Lily has her hand wrapped around the bottom of Regulus jaw—pressing on the hinges in a command for him to open. She tugs him closer and spits right into Regulus’ open mouth—his own taste being delivered onto his tongue.

Lily decides that the three of them should play twenty-one questions—with veritaserum. Obviously, this leads to some interesting realizations.

Summary
Sirius does not know how long they have existed, only aware of the coolness of the lake and hardly aware of the drifting of the world by them. Until one day, a young man pulls them from their home. He shouldn't have been able to see them, noone could see them.
Slowly Sirius is brought back into the land of the living, so far from what they knew. All they know is this young man is warm and kind and they have been so cold for so long.Set in the 18th century and based on the Lady of the Lake folklore. Sirius is an ancient entity and Remus is panicking about the person he just saw sink into the lake. This spans quite a few years, with time jumps, but is happy ending and actually quite sweet.

Remus can hear Sirius shuffling around in the dark for several moments before he hears the familiar drag of the IV pole across linoleum tiles and Sirius quickly scrambles onto the bed.
“Hi,” Remus whispers again.
“Hi,” Sirius whispers. In a moment, Sirius is leaning close to Remus.
“What’re these from?” Sirius whispers, he runs his fingers gently across the scars running across Remus’s face. The silver scars glow in the dim lighting. The skin on Sirius’s fingers is smooth and soft, catching on the rough knots of scar tissue bunching across Remus’s face.
“Turns out I’m allergic to oxygen cannulas sometimes,” Remus says. His voice catches in his throat with Sirius so close to him. He can even feel Sirius’s soft breath on his face.
“Sometimes?”
“Only sometimes. My body works in mysterious ways.”
“Is that why you’re here?”
“Something like that.”Or the story of a chronically ill Remus meeting Sirius while in the hospital for what seems like a regular visit. Sirius isn’t quite as used to the hospital, this visit being his first. How is either boy supposed to cope with massive life changes when they’re each across from the most beautiful person they’ve ever seen?

“And this is Remus,” Poppy says when she realizes that he is not about to pause his work without being asked to.
So Remus looks up.
And something just stops.
Sirius Black has a stupid name and long black hair and he is wearing a light gray button down that makes the gray of his eyes really stand out. High cheekbones and flush lips and long eyelashes makes him pretty in a highly androgynous way and Remus feels the need to clench his jaw tightly.
Remus may be petty, and he may be angry, but he was never one to be impolite so he stands up to shake the newbie's hand. It’s all long slim fingers that look porcelain in his scarred hand and it feels wrong.
The two of them are not supposed to hold hands, touch skin, exist in the same dimensional plane - that much is very clear to Remus who just says, “Remus. Welcome.”

Summary
When Walburga Black (finally) dies, the Black brothers are shocked to receive an invitation to her funeral from their estranged family. Regulus wants to attend with or without Sirius, being the protective older brother he is Sirius decides to tag along. He doesn’t want Regulus to face the most ancient and noble house of Black all alone, especially so close to Christmas.
On the way back home from the funeral, disaster after disaster strikes and the Black brothers might not make it home to their loved ones in time for Christmas.

“We’re not friends,” Regulus grumbles. James ignores him, snatching some fairy lights next and jumping onto the nearest chair, lifting the lights across the top window ledge, “Hey! You can’t just decorate my bakery!”
“And later,” the pest continues, “we’re going to get you a tree.”
It's the festive season, and Sirius and Regulus are struggling to keep their failing bakery afloat.
Enter James Potter, a Christmas enthusiast and Regulus's first crush, and his best friend Remus Lupin, an introverted novelist who turns to Sirius for inspiration for his next romance book.

From this angle, his eyes fell on the soft curve where a creamy lower back met the swell of the second most perfect back-side Remus had seen that day.
