Summary
“Hey,” Kenma murmurs, “do you trust me?”
“What?” Kuroo replies. He does—wholly and implicitly—trust Kenma with his life. He furrows his eyebrows at the question though, because why would Kenma be asking that now? “Of course I do.”
“We’ll meet you at headquarters,” Kenma says to Oikawa, reaching up to Kuroo’s face and flipping his in-ear off. The beginning of Oikawa’s protests get cut off and the sudden silence is jarring. Kenma pulls back, doing the same fiddling with his own in-ear before smiling. It’s a small, timid gesture, but it’s everything.
“Pi—”
“Follow me.” Kenma takes a step towards the door before glancing back. “…Stay close, okay?”

“Oikawa,” he says, eyes closed. Everything is choked in his throat. He can’t look at the man in front of him. “You are the most perfect thing I’ve ever seen.”
He doesn’t limit it to volleyball. It wouldn’t be true, then.
“You can’t see me with your eyes closed,” Oikawa murmurs.
Iwaizumi looks at him, lifting his head. There’s tears, falling from Oikawa's eyes as if they’re scared to impose. Not a waterfall, not a river. His eyes are red and a little puffy now, his cheeks pink. Moonlight cards through his hair, dips into his eyes. There’s the pale line of his throat, and his other hand curled into a fist at his side. His face is solemn in a way it rarely is. He’s genuine, here. Rare. Raw.
“You’re perfect,” Iwaizumi repeats, eyes wide open, because it’s all he knows how to say.

Summary
Kaveh, stumbles upon a seemingly ordinary lamp, convinced it harbors mystical powers. Alhaitham, ever the voice of reason, can't help but be exasperated by Kaveh's childlike naivety. To prove a point, Alhaitham makes a wish: "I wish for Kaveh to disappear from my life."
The next day, Kaveh vanishes from existence, leaving Alhaitham in bewildering solitude. Nobody, not even his closest friends, remembers Kaveh ever existed. Now, Alhaitham must embark on a journey through a world that has collectively forgotten the famous architect of Sumeru.
