“Ugh,” Stiles whined, reaching across his bed and picking up his cellphone. “Hello,” he answered groggily.
“Stiles? Stiles!” a voice said.
“Yeah, that’s my name, don’t wear it out,” he mumbled still half asleep.
“Real funny, Stiles, but right now’s not the time,” the voice said again sounding really urgent. Stiles glanced at his clock and read three in the morning. What the hell guys?
“What is it?” he yawned.
“Stiles! Wake up we need you! I sent you our location, it’s- it’s not safe. Something’s hap-,” the voice was interrupted by a blood-curdling scream in the background that woke Stiles up. Then a loud male voice, who he was sure was Scott’s, shouting Derek!
Stiles jumped out of bed and thanked God for still being dressed. He stopped for a second and considered jumping through the window. After a second he thought damn it all, opened it, and hopped out. Falling gracefully on his feet, he checked his texts and began running.

Chris looked down at his phone. He wasn’t sure if he made the right decision, but things were getting way out of control. Derek had added six teenagers to his pack and they were getting stronger by the minute.
It’s not that he didn’t trust them, but they would attract more attention. As in other packs coming in to check and maybe challenge the pack.
Or maybe even worse a pack of alphas.
Chris didn’t even know that was possible, but Derek and his resurrected psycho of an uncle had came to his doorstep and explained. Chris didn’t want to admit it, but for the first time he was quite terrified.
“Dad, relax. You did the right thing,” Allison said coming up behind him. She wrapped her arms around his waist and rested her chin on his shoulder.

"We couldn't sleep because you weren't around, and we had to know you were safe," Erica said slowly walking towards the other side of the bed. She pulled Stiles' right arm off Lydia and wrapped herself in it.
"Okay, well I'm sorry. I should have called," he remarked rolling his eyes. "Guys, I know I'm just human, but I can take care of myself. I've been doing it for sixteen years now."
