“I can help, if you wanna call it that,” Sal says, letting his fangs drop. “What's your name?”
“Tommy.” His fingers move from Sal’s cheek to his mouth, his thumb brushing Sal’s fang. “Huh.”
“Let me,” Sal begs. He can't watch the life under him slip away. It's like a voice at the back of his head is screaming for him to just rip open his own vein and let the change take hold. “I'm Sal.”
Tommy draws in a pained breath, cries out, and tears leak from his eyes. Sal waits, reaches up to squeeze his hand.
“I can help,” he repeats softly.
And Tommy blinks at him and nods.

Summary
Evan sits back on his haunches, unweighting Tommy's legs, and he feels like maybe he could float away from here, unmoored as he is from the bed, from the situation. He's in trouble now, or he will be in a few seconds, but for just this moment he's removed from the forces of gravity, and it feels nice.
"Tommy," Evan says, a tremor in his voice, and that's enough to bring Tommy rocketing back down to Earth. "That wasn't a sext, was it."
Tommy makes a decision. Buck meets him halfway.

Summary
Eddie calls the painter, Tommy Kinard, without even checking his Google reviews. He laughs at Buck’s stammered questioning about who exactly this guy is and what exactly the faceless denizens of the internet are saying about him and why exactly would anyone be okay with any amount of random strangers having access to their work number via a piece of paper in their letterboxes anyway? He can’t stop himself from pointing out that every single person currently in the United States has access to their work number, which is true enough but hardly a fair comparison. And quite frankly, a little unnecessarily bitchy when Buck was just being careful.
“Maybe it’s fate.” He counters Buck’s perfectly reasonable hesitations with a shockingly nonchalant shrug. Ridiculous. Eddie doesn’t even believe in fate.

Tommy knows Evan is straight. He asked both Howie and Hen about it, and he trusts their word on it. It doesn't stop Evan from pulling him in, and making him fall head over heels for him anyway. Tommy knows better than to fall for a straight guy, he does, but ... he can't change it.
Everything would be easier if they just talked to each other, but where's the fun in that?

“Are you just like him?” Vanessa says, voice high and a little delirious. “If you come, can you just keep going?”
“I can even do it without crying,” Logan grits.
Vanessa peeks over her shoulder, one playful eye mocking him. “I’ll be the judge of that.”
His self control is frayed, threads popping loose one by one until it’s a single strand keeping him together. Her body is velvet soft and soaking wet and Logan can’t do it, the thread snaps, his hips snap, and Vanessa moans in earnest now, caught off guard and pleasured.
It’s been so long since Logan has had this. It was so easy to ignore the need when he’d denied it for nearly a decade, but fucking Wade had cracked open the shell he’d built around this part of him that needed physical attention. Denying himself pleasure had been his repentance, but now he considers something new: if he was the worst, then maybe he should live up to it. Surely fucking his ex-teammate’s ex-girlfriend in a fit of glorious self sabotage was not something a good person would do. But he wasn’t good, he wasn't a hero, he was the worst. Tommy sits in the back of the bar on his last day in Peru. Thirty one trips around the sun today, and this is the first time Tommy has actually done something exciting for himself. It cost him a small fortune and most of it was spent just on the plane ticket; leaving him with limited spending money, a semi-decent-ish 3-Star hotel room, and enough to visit his hotel’s bar each night for a couple drinks.
Kind of shitty he has to do it all alone… Although, had he brought any of the small handful of friends he has back home he wouldn’t have had the freedom to do as he pleases— like sit here each night and check out the hot bartender— now would he?

Buck wasn’t sure why that was his first thought, since the man was only an inch taller than him but he seemed huge in the building’s narrow hallway, a tight blue sweater stretched across his massive chest and broad shoulders. He had flowers in one hand and a card in the other, and his eyes were a shade or two darker than his sweater. Buck wasn’t sure why he noticed that in particular, except that they were the same color as the ocean after a storm and he might have been drowning in them.
“Hi.” He sounded as surprised as Buck felt. “Is Abby here?”

“Good warm,” Logan repeats uncertainly. He says it like Wade is dumb, like he’s a dumb idiot and he’s gonna yell at him and make him feel a little stupid and Wade loves when he does that.
Wade can feel Logan’s eyes on him, mean and hot and heavy on the bit of Wade’s exposed face and then lower, down his heaving chest to where Wade is twitching his hips up against nothing, desperate.
“Wade,” Logan scolds, and Wade swallows back a little noise at his name being used so harshly and in that tone. “Now is not the fuckin’ time.”
“Would you believe me, babygirl, if I said that this time—“ the car hits a tiny bump and Wade makes a little mmh! “—this time it’s not me?”
“What are you saying? That the powder in the bullet made you horny?” he laughs wryly. “Sure you don’t just have a thing for guns?”
“I have a well established thing for guns,” Wade pants as he grinds a hand against himself through his suit just to relieve some fucking pressure. “As do you, mon petit chou.”

“They don’t call me the merc with a mouth for nothing, daddy.” Wade tries to lick the blood off Logan’s face and misses by a hair’s breadth.
Logan shoves him back down to the center console and Wade howls. It fucking hurts, but he still gets a little moan in there because his pain-pleasure wires got crossed a long time ago and it pisses Logan off, two for the price of one. Over his voice he hears Logan growl, “Stop calling me that!”
“What, augh, god, ow, what would you prefer? Sir? Master? Professor? Fuck—“ Wade’s got a better angle to grind on now and Logan’s hand gripping his jaw is doing it for him. “Or we can go the other way, huh, princess?”

Astonishingly, his center of gravity is on his side and he plants his feet in time, holding his ground. Spinning around, he puts his fists up and freezes when he sees himself panting and angry with fists clenched to his sides.
“Woah, trippy,” Eddie remarks. Tommy dressed him poorly today—the absence of his battle vest is going to draw a lot of attention from his comrades.
“What the fuck did you do to me, freak?!”
“Tommy?” Eddie doublechecks, hopeful that their game of musical bodies is only between the two of them and not some other third party.
