“Bro, whatever just come,” Wemmbu snatches Egg by his arm, dragging him to the McDonalds.
Arriving at the cashier, Wemmbu cuts to the chase. He wants his food, fast.
“Yo, two quarter pound—wait. Flame, is that you?”
OR
Wemmbu forces Egg to go to the mall out of pure boredom. The two unexpectedly meet a few familiar faces during their small visit.

He thought about how different Eggchan would look like in this life– whether he’d still have that strip of red in his hair, or if his ghostly wings would be smaller than from what he recognized. Would he still be that dude who spends too much time in the library, or still be the unconfrontational funny guy that had horrifically comedic timing to this day?
The more he thinks of the possibilities, the more he thinks of the most daunting of realities..
..Wemmbu grew up wondering if Eggchan was even here at all.

Summary
In Unstable City, there's a lot of things that exist. Hybrids of all kinds, from dogs, to demons, to blazes. It's not unique, that's for sure, as the cities surrounding it, like Lifesteal City or Strength City, have their own quirks, and their own different hybrids of creatures and humans.
One thing Unstable City has that other cities do not, however, is an angel. Angels were hunted and killed down until near extinction for their abilities, which were said that one could receive if they ate an angel's heart.
It had been centuries since anyone's seen an angel, so that myth was yet to be proven.
Eggchan is an angel.
He works at a coffee shop. He does all the shifts, every last one, since the other employees all either ran off to be heroes, or died in the crossfire of the battles. Doesn't matter to Egg though. As long as he gets paid.
Staying safe isn't too hard.
Until heroes, vigilantes and villains alike decide that the coffee shop Egg works at is a great place to get coffee.

It was lunch time, Baablu had been focused on the conversation Zam and Fantst were having until the sudden change in attitude in Wemmbu caught his attention. The demon was usually loud and obnoxious, always complaining or bickering at them anytime he could. But the way he looks right now is too evident not to miss. The guy is unmoving, staring at the food in front of him blankly. He’s suspiciously quiet.
Shifting closer, he leans towards Wemmbu. “You alright, bro?”
The question catches the demon's attention, and when he meets his eyes, Baablu realizes that something’s wrong.

Summary
At the start of his senior year, Flux is feeling on top of the world. He's won the housing lottery and gotten into his top choice of classes. Even better, the newest season of Decayed and Decrepit (his current fandom obsession) premieres in a couple weeks. In fact, Flux is almost feeling good enough to believe that this might be the year in which he finally works up the courage to confess to his online best friend, Silas, about the years-long crush Flux has on him.
That is, until Saparata shows up: Flux's biggest academic rival and the most insufferable person on campus, who seems determined to ruin Flux's good mood and make his life a living hell.
