To say Jake hated Heeseung was the understatement of the year. He's not exactly sure what he did to deserve this guy as a roommate, maybe the universe just hates him.
Heeseung embodies everything Jake hates, he thinks he’s the funniest guy in the world, he’s smart, he’s good at everything he does, he’s tall, he stays up late click-clacking away in his keyboards all night, he sings loudly in the shower and his voice is pretty, he walks too silently and it always scares the shit out of Jake, he’s annoying on purpose because there’s no way Heeseung keeps putting his mug on the top cabinet for any reason other than to watch Jake struggle to try to get it (Jake has forbidden him from doing the dishes for that reason), he’s an alpha and maybe the worst and most infuriating thing about him is that he is… hot. He’s very hot, and Jake thinks he knows it.
He must know.

When they first started making the song and presented it to the others, Jake had beamed at all of the compliments they were given. Jay had jokingly called it his and Heeseung’s baby and Jake instantly grew warm at the suggestion. The blushing on his cheeks was definitely noticeable but no one said anything about it. His omega had other feelings about Jay’s teasing comment but when Jake thought about it more, it made him a little scared. It felt too serious to feel these things. It was just a song that Heeseung and Jake were creating together, nothing to get all hot and bothered about. But it was still going to be Jake’s favorite song off this newest album.
