“Fuck it,” he says, and grabs Lucius by the neckerchief, hauling his mouth back down. Lucius makes a surprised noise in the back of his throat, but he’s kissing back, his lips firm against Izzy’s, for a few seconds before he pulls back.
“Wasn’t expecting that,” he whispers, forehead resting against Izzy’s.
“We lived, Twatty. So I’m fuckin’ living.”
Lucius’s eyes are searching his, and whatever he’s looking for, he seems to find it. He nods, nearly imperceptibly.
