“Minho.” Jisung said with finality. He still wore that same afflicted expression, but he stood up a little taller, visibly drawing in a deep breath and squaring his shoulders in a way that might have been comical had Minho felt in a laughing mood.
“Yeah…?” Minho prompted, side-eying his roommate as he bent down to slip his shoes off.
Fixing his gaze at a patch of white-painted wall, Jisung sprang the Question of the Year. “Will you be my—,” a short pause, “—fake boyfriend tomorrow?”
(Minho had always thought his roommate didn’t particularly like him—until Jisung asked him to be his fake date for a lunch out with nagging parents. After it, further misunderstandings sent what was supposed to be a single afternoon of pretending spiraling out of control.)

His dad's girlfriend was sweet for wanting to help Minho find a boyfriend, going as far as roping her own daughter into bringing over a friend for him to connect with. She meant well, she did.
So maybe that’s why he said it. It was true that he didn’t have time for dating with graduation so soon, but he definitely didn’t have time to disappoint Dahyun, who patted the top of his dad’s head like they were teenagers, Dahyun who managed to place an uncharacteristic pink blush across his dad’s cheeks.
“I’m dating someone,” he’d said.
And without further question or doubt, Dahyun replied, “Oh, then bring him to scary movie night with you. If in the horror movie of our life we decide he dies later than your dad, I approve.”

Summary
Freshly transferred student Lee Donghyuck goes to a fraternity party, because his best friend and said best friend's best friend want to properly welcome him in Los Angeles. Someone forces him to take something stronger than the weed the whole house stinks of, and Donghyuck wakes up in someone's bed, naked. He grabs the first clothes he can find in his panic, leaving, before he figures out what happened. When he gets back to his dorm, he realizes the jeans he wore aren't his, and the same goes for the red beanie hidden in their pocket. He's not one to dwell on something as silly as sleeping with a stranger while being fucked up, though, right? Right. So, he thinks, what's wrong with wearing the stupid hat? He looks awesome in it, after all.
Or: Jaemin should consider finding a job as a psychic.

Jisung sighed loudly and flopped to the grass he was standing on. He started rolling and groaning something along the lines of ‘all my friends hate me’.
Hyunjin knelt next to the boy. “Jisung.”
Jisung ignored him, still busy being dramatic.
“Jisung.”
“Whaaaaaaaat!”
Hyunjin bit back a remark. “You know, I heard Minho talking about the dramas you like. Maybe he liked this one too.”
Jisung blushed at the thought of his crush but ended up saying, “Why does that concern me?”
Hyunjin rolled his eyes, “Sung, come on! You can ask him out to see the movie!”
Jisung sat up, wide-eyed. “Do you think he’d say yes?”
Hyunjin pretended to think but he knew the answer was no. “Well, he’s straight, so he might not see it as a date. BUT! If it goes well you can become his friend.”
Jisung rolled his eyes, laying back in the grass. “As if. He’d probably only say yes so I could pay for the snacks.”
OR
Jisung's friends are too busy to see a movie with him, but Jisung doesn't want to go alone.
