There's no use in trying to taste it, the blood absorbed by the pale blue fabric until it's turned to rust...but the smell. The distinct coppery smell of blood lingers on the air, imperceptible to a human but a cannon blast to a vampire like him. It's annoying, annoying for the simple fact that it's Vanitas' blood. Annoying because it's Vanitas's blood and it smells divine.
