“Well, sorry, or whatever… are you okay?” Scary tried to meet his eyes, but he was already staring out of the window once more.
He heaved a deep sigh, a tremor in his breath, and admitted, “No, not really. Everything’s all jacked up.”
Scary looked out of her own window and examined the twisted landscape, surprised that Taylor was comfortable enough to admit something was wrong.
“…Oh. Uh, you wanna talk about it, or whatever?”
