It is dead, for good this time. Eddie’s recovered from his injuries and is preparing to go home.
Not wanting to let Eddie out of his life just yet, Richie ends up coming to New York with him, where he will meet Eddie’s soon-to-be-ex-wife ... and the daughter he failed to mention.
Basically this is a slow-burn bad-at-feelings extravaganza. I became super intrigued with the idea that Eddie had a child with Myra and how Richie would cope with that.
There’s fluff, there will be angst, awkward repressed gay romance, domestic Reddie fun, parent Reddie fun, and just general shenanigans.

‘Whoever decided to give Richie Tozier a guitar was an evil man,’ Stan chuckled. ‘He’s loud enough as it is.’Latter half of high school, Richie gets a guitar and Eddie absolutely hates it. That is, until the day he catches Richie singing a love song which he's written about one of his best friends.
Concept sounds kinda cheesy maybe, but this is actually pretty angsty and involves a lot of Eddie being a mess and discovering his sexuality, and Richie being soft as hell and trying not to get his heart broken. They're both shit at talking about how they feel and fuck up a lot, and there's music.

Summary
The moment Richie's family moved out of Derry all the memories he always thought would be with him forever started to fade. By the time Richie moved to California in order to pursue his dreamed career he didn't even know a town called Derry existed. The word 'loser' became just an insult, 'beep-beep' was just a sound, and 'clown' was the reminder of what he didn't want to become. He worked hard to get where he wanted, and now he was down the road to real success. He had everything he could ever want or at least knew how to get it.
Or maybe not.
