"To hear his lungs expand with breath is to silence all the demons I carry. I could stand before any deity who offered me their thrones and would burn them to ash if it was to keep him at my side. I could spend forever staring into his eyes, for even the devil gazes upon him and would rather repent his sins than see his smile dim."
"I could hold the sun, the moon, and all of the stars in my hands, and he would still shine the brightest amongst them. I shall carve my heart from my chest and my lungs from my ribcage with my bare hands should he wish to join us for eternity, for when the whole world is dark and cold, he lights a fire inside me that makes me whole again."

Tim opened his eyes to take in his surroundings. He was in a nest encased in thick fabric; the only light was some fairy lights hanging from the ceiling. It was really relaxing. He could smell the Pack and sighed in relief. He was safe. Damian?
He feels more kneading at his chest and looks down, astonished. Damian was lying on top of him, asleep. He would shift, flex his fingers against Tim's chest, and then let out a little purr before settling back down. Part of Tim wanted to run his fingers through Damian's hair, let his wrist rub against his forehead to scent him, and answer his purrs with some kind of noise of his own.
What the FUCK?!
Tim takes a shaky breath. He was surrounded by Pack smells, but Damian smelled so strongly of an Omega that it made his stomach recoil. Why did Damian smell like an Omega? The Wayne Pack and the Bat Colony didn't have any Omegas. Damian was going to be an Alpha and they all knew it. Why did he smell like an Omega? Why were they in a nest? Why was he cuddling with Tim?
'Did he…?' Tim was horrified. 'Did I fail to protect my baby brother from them? Had they… Oh god!'

Hood grunts. He wraps the fabric quickly, tying off the end so closely to an eyebolt on the stage floor that Tim can’t, quite, fully straighten like this. With the band wrapped from his wrists to the end of his fingers, he also won’t be able to pick at the knot with his hands. That’s fine. His plan requires him to be alone with the alpha. He’ll pick his time.
“Yeah, that’s good,” Hood praises firmly. Tim wishes he didn’t react to it, that he didn’t have a weakness for praise, but a small part of him perks up from the focused anxiety to preen at the comment. I’m pathetic. Hood only rubs another hand over Tim’s hair and turns back to Jack with a final, “Good boy, baby bird. I’ll be back to collect you in a minute.”
