Samira never wanted to admit it but she knew after years of therapy and journaling that she wanted something that went against her belief of feminism. She wished someone loved her enough to protect her and make sure she was safe because she lost that when her dad died.
It’s not terrible, she supposes. She still wanted to be a doctor, change lives for the better and be the best of any doctor in the PITT male or female. Not everything is about being a woman, but considering she was one it impacted her everyday life. Summary
The world is full of lost girls. Turning tricks on a boulevard corner; an Amber alert on a highway billboard; at the bottom of a shallow grave for forensics to analyse and catalogue and cold case. Girls who’ve made poor choices, or had bad ones forced on them. Runaways and delinquents, naïve or too jaded, all missing moms and deadbeat dads and disappointment; like the main characters in an afterschool special. Saving all the lost girls in the world won’t bring Lisa back to Frank, but he finds Amy outside a motel in Love, Ohio.

Sometimes Dean wishes that Angels were like how they’re described in the Bible. How people from time too old for him to care much about thought Angels were messengers and warriors of God, protectors of Humans. He knows that how they’re really described in the Bible is actually pretty terrifying, but at least they were told by God that they’re supposed to love Humans, right?
That’s a thousand times better than what Angels really turned out to be.

When he found himself tied to another hospital bed for a second time, she brought the heavy artillery. Unafraid of releasing the big bad punisher, she walked around the bed unlocking both handcuffs. Her breath hitched for a beat and he knew he was about to get hit when she countered back- dropping a bomb; obliterating pieces of him that were already torn. You could choose to love somebody else instead of another war. Shit. There was no Kevlar sturdy enough to shield him from that.
