Then Cale started acting, and Keigo quietly reshaped his week around the show. Low volume. After training. Memorizing scenes the way he memorizes drills. Letting the Commission think it’s discipline, not devotion.
And now he just happens to be “late” to the hero convention he promised he’d attend, but there’s a press tour in the same building, at the exact perfect time, and leaving would be wasteful.
Besides, connections matter.
A young, aspiring hero like Hawks needs to understand celebrities and civilians and crowds and… networking.
