Summary
Langa Hasegawa returns home from work one day to a love letter left by his boyfriend. The more he reads, though, the more worrying the words become, until eventually he finds himself rushing to Reki's house in worried panic. Reki's been off for a few months-- but when did it get this bad?
Reki's always had anxiety and self-esteem issues. But they've been rearing up viciously the past few months, constantly reminding him that his boyfriend, Langa, and his family deserve so much more than he can ever be for them. That he's dragging everyone down. So he decides to do something about it. But nobody was supposed to find him, to see him- especially not Langa.
And the aftermath, comfort, and resolve following all this heartbreak.

Reki does not trust Adam. Like, at all. Even with Langa going on and on about how he's getting better and actually trying to redeem himself as a person.
But when he's given the opportunity of a lifetime - personal training from the man himself , AKA a chance to finally find his proper place amongst the elite friends he always hangs around - then does he really have a choice but to say yes?

“Your mom called.” Keith said, like that explained everything, and it kinda it. Lance hummed in response. Keith clearly took it as an encouragement to continue. “And Shiro, and Hunk.” He counted with his fingers, Lance stopped paying attention when he had already raised five fingers.
His stomach was hurting and Lance wasn’t sure if it was cause he was ashamed of disappointing so many people or if it was the fact that he couldn't remember when was the last time he ate something.
Or, Lance was mourning, going through it, not taking good care of himself, definitely not having good coping mechanisms, and just before he finally collapsed, sick and exhausted, his mother called the only person that she thought he could talk some sense into him.
