Nagito Komaeda is hopelessly in love with Hajime Hinata, but Hajime doesn't feel the same. Due to Nagito's luck, he falls sick to Hanahaki disease and he struggles to find a reason why. All the while the others try to figure out what's going on with him due to his lack of communication.
