The good news is he got out with the help of someone with a strange condition. The bad news is realizing he just exchanged one problem for a new one. And so the wheel of fortune continues, but until it's his turn at the top, it's all meagre pays, cheap beds, and strange allies waiting ahead.
He'll be wise to remember the road to adventure is paved with things that never makes it to the poems.

That is, if she ignored the ancient Dragon calamity of legend, the harbinger of the end, demanding her allegiance, as well as the vampire hunters demanding she lend her talents to their cause, and her ex with some serious family issues getting involved in the civil war, and that's not even considering her own personal vendetta against the Thalmor who despise her existence, or the very frustrating and frustrated first Dragonborn that can't be bothered to learn her fucking name. Oh, and pretty much everything is on fire and she may or may not be responsible! That's not even counting the stack of paperwork waiting for her at the College of Winterhold and the new apprentices who she's taken it upon herself to make sure don't end up getting incinerated or beheaded by a dremora. Yeah, things are going great.
