Summary
As guardian of the wishing well, Castiel is very confused as to why this human isn't making wishes at his well. If he is making any wishes, it's not like he can hear them anyway; his thoughts are so jumbled together they barely make any sense.
So Castiel decides to go down to the well on Earth to learn more about this particular human.
Through multiple meet ups and conversations, they begin to form a bond with each other. Heaven isn't happy about it, but Castiel continues to rebel against their rules as he slowly comes to the realization that he's falling in love. He'd do anything for this human, even if that means becoming a human himself.
