Summary
As he desperately reached for Mizi in the crowd, the bullet pierced Till's neck and his body fell to the ground. Within moments, his body slowed down and Till felt himself die.
When he opened his eyes, he expected to be greeted in the afterlife by Ivan, Sua, and everyone else he had lost. Unfortunately for Till, the rising platform he was on was, in fact, not the afterlife he was expecting. As he became slowly aware of the cheers of the aliens around him and the guitar in his hands, he saw Acorn next to him and finally realized he was rising onto the stage for Round 2.
How could he sing his song about his love for Mizi now? Now that he knew about Ivan's feelings for him? Although it pained him, he needed to sing as well as he could so he could win again, and have a chance to talk to Ivan, before he sacrificed himself again.
OR
Till dies in Final, but time loops him back to Round 2. He uses this opportunity to talk to Ivan before Round 6.
