Summary
The Kyrios had a problem. In fact, they had three problems: starting with an ugly omega son they loathed and had spent a decade trying to marry out of their family, and ending with two equally bad suitors. Between a minor noble with close to no money or honor and an up-and-coming foreign soldier, the noble at least was from the right nation. The soldier had a prince’s support, a new household, and so little interest in the omega that when it came down to courting him, he seemed to prefer hiding in the stables like a common worker.
Evander of Kyrios knew his place. Choosing the alpha who was going to mate and breed him wasn’t it, but even he could see both choices were hopeless.
The catch was, the soldier had a secret he was hiding—a secret so precarious that it made even Evander’s position look safer. Bargaining for a less uncertain future was too daring of his part, but when the soldier thought they could find a mutually beneficial solution to their situation, a partnership was struck.
Now, if only Evander’s parents would ever allow him to marry a foreigner.

Summary
Evander of Kyrios knew his place.
The Kyrios were, each and every one of them, great alphas — but not Evander, and he knew what he’d been born, raised and groomed to do. Mate someone, and be bred until the day he couldn’t anymore. That one scandalous alpha wasn’t the kind his parents had expected to own him, but between the prince’s machinations and the opportunity to finally get rid of the omega son they loathed, the Kyrios couldn’t complain too much.
Evander, neglected by his new husband and terrified of what hadn’t come, knew nothing but fear of the arrangement he’d ended up in.
The bastard changed everything.

Just as abruptly as Jackson swooped in to ruin a perfectly good day, he’s floating in the air. Well, not floating exactly. He’s been picked up like he weighs about as much as a pillow by a guy that looks like he bench presses elephants.

Summary
Dwayne is not a morning person. He’s the epitome of the phrase “it takes a pot of coffee to resemble something human.” A hilarious comparison, all things considered, but true nonetheless. It’s not good for him, especially not with his frequent and often debilitating migraines, but he’s lived this long doing shit that isn’t exactly good for him; what’s one more vice added to a list that would make even the most hardened soldiers shudder in their boots? After the life he’s lived thus far, needing enough caffeine to power a small town pales in comparison to most things.
Too bad he’s out of coffee.
