Summary
Waking up on the side of the road in the middle of the night is not a good thing. Especially when Kianna so clearly remembered going to sleep in her own bed earlier on. Her phone was by her side on the ground, along with her some of her other possesions. How they or she got there was a mystery. Luckily, a few people driving by gave her a lift to the nearest town - Mystic Falls - as they were heading back there anyway.
One, the driver, helped her up and offered her a lift; He was almost used to this kind of thing. The man in the passenger seat simply looked confused and impatient, like this wasn't worth his time. The girl in the back, thank God, just spoke to her and reassured her she was alright.
Kianna adapted as well as one can hope to a new world of witches, werewolves, and vampires. Even gaining the attention of a few. However, figuring out how she got to a fictional supernatural hot spot (and trying to help them deal with Katherine in the process) wasn't her only problem. Pretty soon there would be an Original in town. Then another. Then 3 more. And they all seem to recognise her.
Set after TVD Season 2 Episode 3. Has references to later seasons and events from Chapter One.
