***Avatar TWOW SPOILERS***
After the events of The Way of Water.“They will keep returning, my love.” Neytiri whispered earnestly. Words he didn’t want to hear but knew were true. She always managed to speak only such. “You told me before that I am needed with you. Now, you are needed with me. You have not cried.”
He hasn’t. Not since their first visit to the spirit tree—even then it wasn’t much. But he didn’t feel anything within him to cry while his family needed strength.
“You know why I haven’t.” He replied, voice strained with sorrow.

Summary
"I'll kill you, you son of a bitch-"
"Take him to holding. Gonna have a word with our Captain."
"-I'll kill you!"
The press of a gun to his back had done little to still Jake's struggles, leaving him seething and shouting unfathomable curses as Quaritch turned down a different hall than the one he was being lead through. By the time he'd calmed- if his current state could even be called that - Jake had reached the holding cells, and was promptly tossed in. He heard the click of a metal lock before he'd even turned around, glaring now at the two who stood safely on the other side. Safely out of reach from his clutches.
