It’s too dark in the hole the blast has created for them to make out any details, but Obi-Wan can see a dark silhouette finally get to his feet a few feet away from him. The figure is too short, not quite lean enough, to be Anakin. Obi-Wan watches helplessly as Anakin – or should he say, himself – steps into the faint light emanating from the holocron.
There’s a long moment of silence, broken only by Anakin saying, voice still hoarse but distinctively Obi-Wan-esque, “What in sithhells is going on?”

Roy was gone, Kori was gone, seemingly everyone he knew was gone, and there was no way to know if they were dead or alive. What he did know was he had to keep going, to keep Lian safe, and to keep these young, terrified heroes from getting themselves killed.

Hitmen, mercenaries, and assassins all come out of the woodwork to claim the cash.
Roy, on a sabbatical after being shot in the chest and brushing with death, gets a call from Dick. Scared that he’s going to lose his brother before he even gets him back, Dick asks for a personal favor->> Track Jason down and keep him alive.

The kid was going to die at this rate, whether or not Jason had anything to do with it. Apparently dead Robins were just a thing, now, and Bruce didn’t give a shit whether they lived or died.
There was something almost comforting about that, that Jason’s wasn’t the only life that didn’t matter.

Well. If those fucks didn’t care about their baby bird now, Jason would just have to make them care. And he had a few ideas on just how to do that.
Robin might get a little broken in the process, but what was a little kidnapping and torture between friends?
