Summary
Sam went through a lot as Billie Jean Crockett, but at least he Leaped out right before the baby arrived. Not so this time, and while Time and Space might find a way, that doesn't mean there aren't consequences. Now Sam is fighting for his life and alone (except for Al) with a newborn he's desperate to save from history's original plans.
Meanwhile, in the same year - not far away, in fact - that time's Sam Beckett and his wife are struggling with a personal tragedy. But, despite that, this Sam is in a much better position to save someone than his future counterpart is. In the end, is the best person to save Sam going to be...himself?

Summary
River did want a child with the Doctor at one point, but due to Madame Kovarian's manipulations to her body, she struggles to carry a child. With Eleven, she fought to keep him from seeing her pain, even when she should have been sharing it with him.
On Darillium, with years ahead of them, the Twelfth Doctor asks River how she feels about children, and the walls finally come down. But this time, he's there for her and he's not going anywhere. And the universe might even let them have some joy in the end.

Summary
So...what was the nexus event Loki and Sylvie caused? Well, it certainly wasn't something either of them expected. The two share an incredible but pure moment together, once that will have lasting consequences when Loki wants to give Sylvie everything she never had. And when they get back to the TVA, he begins to notice that Mobius is always making excuses to be close to him...but that's pretty far down on the list of things Loki is prepared to deal with at the moment.
Will be Loki/Mobius eventually; they just need to stop being fools and let it happen. Also featuring unconventional pregnancy dynamics, because that's something most Lokis specialize in. TW: miscarriage and discussion of it. All Sylvie & Loki stuff is strictly platonic.
