Summary
The swordsman walks in on a situation he doesn't know how to handle. Not only is Sanji apparently into men, but he's experiementing with people who aren't Zoro! He wants to cheer the cook up after a disaterous encounter and shoot his shot with the hot blond.
It pisses him off that no one appreciates Sanji's hands the way they deserve. If he has to teach the inexperienced cook a thing or two, so be it.

When Sanji gets distracted during a fight with some unknown pirates, Zoro steps between him and a devil fruit user, taking the hit in his place. Luckily for them it doesn’t look like he has been injured– it doesn’t look like he’s been hit at all. And everything seems normal when they get back to the Thousand Sunny, until Zoro starts acting weirdly, especially around Sanji.
And well— it seems like the swordsman has fallen in love with him.

The captain of the Dragon Pirates has a unique power and transforms the Strawhats into five-year-olds, except Sanji. He will have the arduous task of looking after the brats and the ship for a whole week, until the effects of that power wear off. Like all the things Sanji does for his nakama, he does it with all his heart, even if it consumes him.

He finds the swordsman staring at the rest of the group with a dejected set to his shoulders, and Sanji's about to kick him and tell him to haul the stick out of his ass until he sees Zoro absentmindedly reach up to trace his fingers along the scar over his left eye.
Oh.
((The crew dock at an island just in time to enjoy a festival. Everyone gets their eye makeup done whether they like it or not, sanji has a little too much to drink while denying his feelings, and zoro has some feelings of his own while being an excellent caretaker))

The green-haired oaf sitting across the table grimaced, swallowing, and if Sanji didn’t know any better he could have sworn the guy blushed. Usopp gave him a thumbs up. Zoro rolled his eyes. “Sure, cook.” Tacky. But it would do. “Lead the way.”

Vivi, a seasoned dungeon master, decided to start a pirate-themed DND podcast called 'One Piece'. Sanji easily agreed to join, along with Vivi's new girlfriend and her friends. Unfortunately for him, that included a rather attractive green-haired kendo champion.
In the game, Sanji's attempts to seduce NPCs were becoming ever-futile. With such horrible luck, he jokingly quipped that it wouldn't even matter if he tried to seduce Zoro. Naturally, he managed to roll a nat 20, kicking off his and Zoro's turbulent in game relationship.
Too bad real life wasn't nearly that simple.

Usopp decides he's sick of Zoro and Sanji's constant bickering- especially when it's clear as day to him that they are in love with each other. He recruits Luffy to help him execute his plan- the only problem is, they keep forgetting to set the two men up.
