Bruno was absolutely ethereal. At least, Leone thought so wholeheartedly. The way his soft hair framed his gentle face, how gracefully he carried himself. He wore his heart on his sleeve and his soft eyes could calm just about anyone with how genuine they were.
There was nothing Leone loved more than being able to stand by his side.

"So you've said," Bruno replies cooly, flipping the page of his book. Leone hears the smile in his voice and turns to see blue eyes fixed on him, an amused expression on Bruno's face. "But it could be good for you."
His smirk turns sly. "Maybe you'll even have fun."
Leone rolls his eyes, pushing away from the window and coming over to lean against Bruno's desk.
"Don't threaten me like that."

“So?” Abbacchio asked, begrudgingly, even though it was clear that Bucciarati had made his point, and that Abbacchio was too much of a pushover to argue with Bucciarati for much longer.
“So,” Bucciarati parroted, albeit warmly. “You’re going to dress up, go on this easy mission with us, eat a nice meal, drink expensive wine, and accept that Giorno holds you in high esteem, and perhaps, even considers you to be his friend.”
“Never,” Abbacchio stated without pause. “And I still don't have anything to wear,” he added.
Bucciarati smiled and leaned in a bit closer.
“I’m sure you’ll find something,” he whispered with a soft smile on his lips.

Summary
They stay that way for a long time, Catra’s face tucked into Adora’s shoulder, Adora gently cradling Catra’s head. Adora is careful not to hug Catra too hard or make her feel restrained, anticipating the moment that Catra will start to pull away — but Catra doesn’t. She hangs on so tightly it hurts, her claws digging through Adora’s jacket and into her back, latching into her like she did when she was a kitten and didn’t know how much her claws could hurt. Adora tries not to wince, tries not to move a single muscle, worried that if she does the spell will break and Catra will struggle away, appalled at having shown weakness.
But Catra doesn’t let go. And so neither does Adora.

Leone has a drinking problem. That problem being that he no longer has enough money to buy the amount of alcohol he wants to consume. So, he does the only thing he really can do. He goes and gets a job at the only place desperate enough to take him- A small pastry shop run by an overworked man with too many wild teenagers calling him Pops.
But then a problem arises. This man- This Bruno Bucciarati- He does something to Leone. Wakes something in him that makes him want to be more than what he has become. It is uncomfortable. It scares him. It makes him feel as though he has been torn asunder and Bruno is remaking him with the pieces.
He starts to find that he's kind of okay with that.
