The two of them are standing next to each other—a captive audience to Midoriya and Kota roughhousing—when Kota hauls off and dick punches Midoriya as hard as he can, really not holding anything back. Midoriya goes down with a choked gasp that has Bakugou chuckling fondly beside him.
When Shouto looks at him, he’s smiling softly. Proud, like Kota just won gold at the science fair or helped a little old lady walk across the street.
“He’s absolutely your kid, huh?” Shouto asks, voice deceptively neutral. “Like a mini version of you.”
Bakugou shoves at his shoulder, rolling his eyes while trying not to laugh. “Shut the fuck up, Half ‘n half.”

Shouto’s been a nanny for the last few years and is well versed in both kids and their high maintenance parents. He’s worried he may have finally met his match in “perpetual problem child” Kota—only to find out they get along perfectly.

“I can't, You’re too pretty” He said, feeling utterly wronged.
Bakugou's jaw dropped open and his grip slackened, his eyes widened in surprise, he was wearing eyeliner today too, it really made his eyes quite lovely.

Kuroo’s hand reaches under the table to rest on Kenma’s thigh. It distracts Kenma completely. Kenma’s mind glazes over, the voices of Kuroo and Bokuto mixing hazily into the background of his thoughts. Kuroo’s thumb moves along Kenma’s leg, like he’s not even aware of the effect he has on Kenma. Kenma tsks to himself. He probably isn’t. To his Kenma, this isn't anything special.
