Summary
Jess didn't believe in love at first sight anymore, not after hearing Nick confess that's what happened with them and now they're over. Clearly it was all a facade. However, she’s almost certain the pounding in her heart was exactly that when she lies eyes upon the professor in front of her. Spencer Reid, his name label says. She doesn’t recognise him from the conference only a few months earlier. She’d remember a face like this.
___or, Jessica Day falls (literally) for Spencer Reid after an awfully awkward interaction at an educators' conference

Summary
An IQ of 172, a PhD in psychology, and a Master's Degree in forensic psychology have all led Florence Jones to this opportunity - an unpaid internship. Everyone's got to start small... or, at least, she has to start small (someone like Dr Spencer Reid certainly doesn't). She refuses to let an inconvenience like this stop her from achieving her dream, though. She will become a profiler, and there's absolutely nothing that'll stop her.

Summary
“I’m fine,” she reaffirms her previous nod.
“Right…” he has a stupid smirk on his face; it’s almost endearing. She wouldn’t even really call it a smirk, more like a strange smile. “Can I assist you to the clinic, maybe?”
“I don’t need a clinic,” she insists, trying to hide her wincing expression from him by turning her head enough for her stereotypical cowboy hat to block his view. “A long way to walk with this leg, too.”
He sighs and thinks for a moment, “Listen, we have medical supplies back at the farm. Can I… carry you there?”
Kim struggles to bite back a laugh at how nervous he seems to ask that, “Not like I can walk there myself, farmboy.”

"Statues don't move."
A tale of angels, police boxes, and grief.
Spencer Reid is mourning the loss of his girlfriend, Maeve Donovan. He visits her grave as often as possible but he knows he needs something else in his life — this is why he's trying to solve a mystery puzzle he first spotted in a newspaper. He watches the video of that trenchcoat-wearing man saying something about angels having a box almost as much as he thinks about Maeve.

Summary
"I'd prefer not to talk about this with you, thank you," Whitaker said.
"Oh, pfft, c'mon," Trinity said, because while she'd seen a lot more than she wanted to, she couldn't pretend that she hadn't seen her roommate standing in the bathroom looking at his junk bathed in the radiant glow of his cell phone. "You need to talk to me, man, you need pointers."
(Or, and they were platonic roommates.)

Summary
The smell of pancakes drifts through a quiet house, mingling with the soft, golden light of an early autumn morning. Somewhere in that gentle calm, a family of sorts discovers how ordinary moments can feel extraordinary.
Aaron Hotchner has spent years keeping careful boundaries, measuring every step of his life—but when Luke Alvez enters this quiet rhythm, the walls he’s built begin to shift, almost imperceptibly. Small gestures, soft laughter, and fleeting touches start to rewrite what he thought he knew about home and belonging.
