He just thinks it’s a little affronting that this guy would go out of his way to make Jimin laugh when he, his actual boyfriend, hasn't spoken a word to him in a whole day. But whatever. Jimin doesn’t respond but Namjoon sees his lips purse further as his chin lifts the slightest bit the way it does when he’s trying not to cry. Just seeing that makes Namjoon’s eyes burn, like some kind of natural response, some mix of empathy and love.

“Who did you murder?” V asked again. “In the Covenant planets that means the unlawful killing of another class A sentient being by omission or by criminal act, regardless of intention.”
“I didn’t kill anyone," Jimin said through the growing lump in his throat.
“Strange," V said with a frown. "This is the third ward. Everyone in third ward is in for murder.”
A one night stand with Yoongi upends Jimin's life. Now he is incarcerated on a penal colony that's about to be wiped from existence. So, his world is already technically ending when he discovers that Yoongi is a guard planning an escape with a ragtag group of prisoners. He wants Jimin to join them.
