concupiscence66 picked up the prompt and ran with it with her usual aplomb, resulting in the fic Comfort Levels. Somewhere along the line, Lauren revealed that she was the original prompter. Then when Concupid finished Comfort Levels, Lauren felt like there were just a couple of unresolved issues, and before she knew it she was writing a sequel.
