The thing is, Miles had been incredibly patient tonight. He had taken every curveball that some sick deity threw at him during the night with almost perfect grace. Finding out Phoenix has had sex with Will Powers, while shocking, is understandable. Who hasn’t thought of it, really? The DeLites? Well, while he’s only attracted to men, he could definitely see the appeal in Desirée. Knowing that Phoenix is bisexual, it doesn’t surprise him in the slightest that he’d be interested in that couple. Lang? Truth be told, that had been more than surprising—having shaken him to his core—but it was understandable, as he’s also had similar interactions with Agent Lang.
The point is, in the end, he still came out triumphant. His precious mind had still been intact—even after everything tried to break it. But this.

Is far more than his poor mind can handle.

I wasn't expecting much when picking this, but oh my god, is this good. The writing is detailed, suprisingly relatable and done beautifully, amazing at capturing Victor's growing infatuation for Yuuri and honestly I had such a hard time putting this away. This is a goddamn emotional roller coaster and I love this so so much, even detailed backstories for minor characters is so much appreciated. I can't wait for next chapter!!!!! AAAHH!!

This is one of the best fics I've read! I'm in love with the concept and it made me cry three times, even though I usually don't cry while reading. It's so wholesome from start to finish, the character portrayal, the internal dialogue and reflections, everything is extremely on point and the plot was captivating and interesting. I hadn't read a fic in months when I read this but it had me staying up all night to finish it. I don't even like free! that much anymore but this is still one of my favourite all time fics.
