Summary

“God, Hyunjin!” Seungmin suddenly snaps, bursting out. “It’s mine! I have it because I like to wear them and feel pretty and it turns me on okay! Fuck I can’t believe you just made me say that!” Seungmin cusses and throws his head back.
Every emotion in Hyunjin disappears like the pop of a bubble. He blinks. Stupified.

They’re still in the courtyard, and all the stars above are reflected in Jeongin’s eyes—limitless, no end to their depth, their want, their ambition. It's how Seungmin's must look, he feels—he wants deeply, he wants hard, but he's never wanted a person like that.
“Sometimes things don’t work out the way you’d like them to. Didn’t mommy and daddy ever teach you that?”
Or: Seungmin is ambitious to a fault; so is Jeongin. Seungmin is too stubborn for his own good; so is Jeongin. Some might say they're perfect for each other.
