It was nice, in a way, to have a moment of quiet. Life was chaotic, and it threw things at him that he didn’t expect. Why shouldn’t he have a moment away from it all? The people that surrounded him had loud voices, and the sky above his head was too bright, and his entire body felt like it was on fire, and the iron taste and smell of his own blood was sickening— and all of it combined was a bit too much, to put it lightly. Frost just couldn’t handle that right now. Even he had his limits.

Summary
In the months following the android's peaceful campaign for equal rights, Detroit has mostly returned to normal. As Hank and Connor work to solve the cases that come by their desks, something that should be routine turns a lot more deadly.
