Summary
It felt like they’d finally settled, finally found what would be their home for generations, that they could truly make into a long-lasting space for their pack. For their pups, and the pups that would come after them. A space where Hyunjin could have his studio, and Jisung, Chan, and Changbin could make music. Minho had enough space in one of the outbuildings to move his small dance studio onto the grounds if he wanted, or to give private lessons. Seungmin had an office twice as big as the one he’d previously shared with Felix, and Jeongin had claimed the basement for his photography, already planning on converting part of it to a traditional dark room. Felix finally had his own space for his streaming, and there were still rooms left over for their pups, for other hobbies that may grow or develop, for them to expand their life into.
OR: the pack buys their forever home and Felix spends moving day thinking about how lucky he is to have them and their love in his life.

Summary
“Why didn’t you tell us, hyung?” Chan knew he didn’t mean the group as a whole, but more so him and Changbin.
“I couldn’t risk the company finding out. It was a time where everything was up in the air and we were still finding our feet again. If they took this piece of tranquillity away for the sake of knowing everything, I think something might’ve snapped in me long ago.”
There was a look of understanding in Minho’s eyes then, an understanding that they shared as two people who’d been burned too many times with promises that wouldn’t be kept, with the knowledge that they wouldn’t be safe to be themselves without consequences to their actions.

Chan decides that they all need a break from the constant pressure that comes with being under scrutiny every day of the week. So he takes them away to a little home, hidden in the mountains.

“Make it so good that it’s… worth it. Worth the risk.” Jisung tugged him closer, voice steady even as his heart raced. “Make it so good that nobody else ever gets to touch me–because no one could compare to how good my best friend fucked me.”
Minho’s ears reddened, in disbelief of the words he heard.
“Jisung… what? You can’t just say these things…”
“Why? Can’t do it?” Jisung asked, challenging.
“No. I can do it,” Minho insisted, then shook his head. “You’re crazy, you know? What’s gotten into you tonight?”
Jisung’s lips twitched with an urge to smile. “You, hopefully…”
“Oh, you little–” Minho laughed, scrunching his nose and leaning in to kiss him again. “Such a little freak.”

Jisung had enough breakups, so he went to the one he should have chosen from the start. Not for comfort, but something more.
