She exhales softly and continues, “I would like to propose an alternative then. A contract.”
“Go on,” Zhongli is not too sure if he will be amenable to it, but he can only refuse another Archon so many times before they take offense.
“A marriage between our two countries. Economic prosperity for both our nations. I am willing to supplement your forces with mine and extend them for chasm reopening efforts as well. I am sure that in return the mighty Morax will not shy away from supporting the duties of my Harbingers and Fatui if and when needed, of course.”
“What are the terms of this contract?”
“A marriage,” the Tsaritsa frowns at having to repeat herself. She then gestures towards the door, specifically at her vanguard.

Her steps manifest to circles on the grass below, she moved not unlike how wind moved vines and flowers. Her heels slacken as her arms raise up to grip a large sword, the one she always treasured. Amber felt herself moving closer, her hood gently swiped at her neck as the wind picked up.
Eula danced with the dandelions nearby, bending and turning with only the wind leading their pace.
Amber let her eyes stay on her, admiring the older woman, and slightly wishing she could lead the other instead.
But who could lead a girl who danced with the fuzz that flew althroughout the city?
Amber can not imagine to lead the measured steps of a free flying blossom. Though Eula still turns with an alluring smile, and offers a gloved hand, her sleeves poking out like spikes.
"It takes two to tango. So, shall we?"
