He leaves the washroom after he cleans up a bit and tiptoes through an apartment he’ll never see again. He makes sure to shut the door lightly so he doesn’t wake up his one-night stand because he was talking a lot about the future while Seungmin mostly tuned him out, because Seungmin isn’t about that and doesn’t want to pretend.
He breathes a sigh of relief when he’s out of the building. He quickly makes his way to the nearest bus stop since he can’t wait to get home. He wants a proper shower, to guzzle at least two glasses of water, and to pop some Advil to make his headache disappear.
He promises himself that next weekend he’s not going out. He will not be hungover for once, and will able be to get his errands and chores done around the apartment without needing to stop for a nap at twenty-two years old.

Seungmin hasn’t spotted him; he’s taking a neat stack of paper (flyers, Minho thinks solemnly) to the mailboxes. His hair is damp, as if he just took a shower, a droplet of water trailing down the smooth, unblemished column of his neck and wetting the collar of his plain white t-shirt.
Minho fleetingly considers how that neck would look littered with red marks and purple bruises.
