“I’m sure you two looked over everything the package offers, but here’s a quick overview of all the courses you’ll be participating in over the next few days!” She hands the pamphlets over, resting her hands on her hips with a small chuckle. “You two are lucky! You’re the very first couple to sign up for this new package!”
Phoenix feels his mind halt for a moment. “Couple” here probably didn’t have any deeper sort of meaning. There just happens to be two of them. That’s all.
Phoenix looks down at the pamphlet and its big, bold letters on the front and immediately sees that he's wrong. Couples Spirit Bonding Retreat!
Couples…
Couples???
What the hell did Maya sign them up for?

Returning to Hazakura temple, Maya drags Phoenix and Miles along, and signs them up for a few courses to keep them busy while she's training...

Summary
Phoenix peers up at her, blinking blearily. He rubs the sleep from his eyes with a small yawn.
“Mm? Maya?” He mumbles.
“Good morning, sleepyhead!” She chimes. “Were you here all night?”
He wipes the drool from the corner of his mouth and blinks slowly for a moment, as if trying to gain his bearings and focus on the question.
“Yeah…” He responds after a long moment, his voice groggy with sleep, but… oddly soft.
Maya gives him an odd look. He was clearly still half asleep, yes, but there was something else in his tone, something unfamiliar from him. Maya grins. Looks like she needs to do a bit of investigating…

Summary
The first time the Doctor had kissed him, the drums had been deafening.
When the Doctor pulled him in, hands gripping the collar of his shirt in frantic desperation, lips pressed to his as if they somehow belonged there, something aggressive and scalding crawled into his chest. It burned, furious and violent. How dare he? What had possibly made him think he was allowed that?
The drums grew quiet. The Doctor’s hand, entwined with the Master’s hair, cradled his head as the thrumming died. The gentleness of it all was revolting. Some horrible concoction of rage and repulsion filled him, a sickening cocktail, complete with a hangover when it was all over with.
OR
Gradually, the Doctor eases the Master into submission, no matter how hard he tries to resist it, no matter how many times he insists he hates it.

She passes a good chunk of books, her eyes finally landing on a simply designed, yet elegant cover. The book is a hardcover—primarily a darker shade of blue, yet the spine of the book is a dull red, like a burgundy. There’s also a golden phoenix drawn; its wings covered in flames. Pearl picks the book up, inspecting it closer.
‘Necessary Confessions of a Burning Heart’ by Benjamin Hunter…I’ve never heard of this author before.

“A frog!” Trucy says.
“Croak,” the frog says.
Miles frowns. “Erm. Hello.”
If sources are to be believed, said frog is Phoenix Wright himself. Miles is having a hard time reconciling this claim with reality, but Miss Fey has already explained that it was enchantment-practice-gone-wrong, and Miles has learned better than to doubt Fey magic.
Wright croaks in dismay.
