They end up walking along Waikiki Beach. It’s stunning in the setting sun, purple and blue with the waves rolling in. Yoongi thinks it a little romantic, really. He can’t argue with how intimate it feels, just the two of them.
“Let me take a picture of you,” Yoongi says, crouching down to snap one of Taehyung, lit in the dying daylight. And fuck, Taehyung could be a model, the look of longing he emotes, staring off into the distance over the ocean. Yoongi’s chest feels tight and he clears his throat to try to relieve it. But it stays, persistent and sharp.
